To carry out the aforementioned purposes, we need to obtain the following Personal Data: (i) full name; (ii) fiscal domicile; (iii) key to the federal taxpayer registry; (iv) email; (v) home, office, or mobile phone; and (vi) preferred form of contact.

In terms of article 36 of the Law, 68 of the Regulations and Twenty-Sixth of the Guidelines, you expressly consent and authorize any transfer of your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data that MGPS makes to national or foreign third parties that take place within it. sector of activity of MGPS or that have related or complementary activities to it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we inform you that you have the right at all times to: (i) access the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data that has been collected about you and is held by MGPS; (ii) request the rectification of said data when they are inaccurate or incomplete –having to prove the origin of said modification-; (iii) request the cancellation of the data in question; (iv) oppose for legitimate cause the treatment of the same –rights denominated by the Law as the right of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, respectively-; and (v) revoke your consent for the processing and/or transfer of Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data that has been collected from you.

The request referred to in the preceding paragraph must be submitted in writing (email) addressed to the attention of Elizabeth Bosquez Licea and must contain: (i) name of the owner of the information and their address or other means to communicate the response , (ii) documents that prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation, (iii) clear and precise description of the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data with respect to which the corresponding right is exercised and (iv) any other element that facilitate the location of Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data.
